**IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING**


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

May I welcome you to “Elite Driving School”
I will endeavour to make your driving lesson journey a happy enjoyable and successful one.

  • If you are a student and have periods of time off through the week please inform me so I can allocate evening slots to people who work 9-5.
  • All payments to be paid at least 7 days before the start of each lesson, unless the 10 hour block booking option has been taken, I then ask for the payment for the 10 hour block booked to be paid for a week in advance of the start of the first lesson. If payment is not made as an above I will void said lesson to enable another student to allocated this slot.
  • Pick up and drop off addresses will not be amended mid course due to my schedule having an allotted travel time to and from locations. Any cancellations will be charged at the full rate if cancelled within 48 hours of the start of the booked lesson (exceptional circumstances to be discussed !)
  • If you are unwell please let me know if possible 48 hours before the lesson. I do not want to be subjected to illness if I can help it.
  • If three consecutive cancellations are made then the remaining places will be offered to another pupil.
  • A pupil has 48 in which to confirm wether or not they want the offered spaces. If that then lapses and no confirmation has been made then the said places will be terminated without notice.
  • Should Elite Driving School for any reason need to cancel any lessons you will be offered a full refund or a rebooked lesson.
  • Your provisional driving licence must be brought with you for every lesson.
  • Your footwear must be secure and safe (NO flip flops or croc style shoes will be acceptable).
  • Glasses must be worn at all times if needed.
  • Finally I cannot let a pupil go in for their test using my car until I think they are 100% ready to pass. 

Please DO NOT BOOK A TEST until advised to do so by me. Pupils will be assessed individually on their progress and advised accordingly as to when they should look at booking their test.
